ETAMM2020

ETAMM2020 IS POSTPONED TO JUNE 14 – 18, 2021

Concerning the current situation with the ongoing pandemic of coronavirus disease and unpredictable future measures in different countries we decided to postpone the ETAMM2020 conference to 2021. The new dates for the conference – ETAMM2021 – are June 14 – 18, 2021, at the same location in Ostrava, Czech Republic.
We are currently discussing the possibility of refunding fees or transferring them for the ETAMM2021. We will send the information by e-mail as soon as possible.
Please keep yourself and your loved ones safe and healthy.
We hope to see you at ETAMM2021,
Tomas Kozubek (Chair of the ETAMM Conference)

The ETAMM2020 conference provides an opportunity for dissemination of important and recent results in the field of Applied Mathematics and Mechanics, and their Applications to Physics, Engineering Sciences, Biology, and Economy. The conference brings together mathematicians, interdisciplinary scientists, and engineers from all over the world to exchange experience and ideas, and initiate new research collaborations. It is a continuation of the successful ETAMM2016 conference which held in 2016 in Perpignan, France and ETAMM2018 conference which held in 2018 in Krakow, Poland.

The ETAMM2020 conference will be held from 15 June to 19 June 2020 in Ostrava (Czech Republic) in the industrial area of Dolni Vitkovice.

The local organizers are Dolni oblast Vitkovice, z.s. and IT4Innovations National Supercomputing Center, part of VSB – Technical University of Ostrava. The conference is under the Honorary Patronage of the Governer of the Moravian-Silesian Region prof. Ivo Vondrak and the Rector of the VSB – Technical University of Ostrava prof. Vaclav Snasel.

The conference consists of invited plenary talks, keynote lectures, minisymposia, and contributed short talks on recent results and future challenges in the field. The abstract of accepted presentation will be published in the conference abstract book.
